• Relaxation: Place gently over closed eyes while resting or reclining (5–20 minutes recommended).

• Cooling Relief: Place in a sealed bag and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. Do not freeze.

• Gentle Warmth: Remove cover and warm inner pillow in short microwave intervals, checking temperature between each use.

Always test temperature before applying.

• Inner Pillow: Spot clean only. Keep dry.

• Do not submerge inner pillow in water.
