Thank you for choosing Tremilo Beauty. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, Tremilo Beauty accepts returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@tremilo.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
