We ship all orders within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Delivery Issues
Once an order is shipped, Tremilo Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
